HSP-1000 – High Speed Wide Area Imaging Microscope
A high-resolution line scanner instead of a CCD camera acquires and digitizes the probe with autofocus and high speed micro positioning up tu 50 times faster than similar systems with CCD cameras.
A computer controlled mechanism with x-y-z stage movement allows for clear image acqusition of specimens with very uneven thickness at high speed.
Fully automatic digitizing of microscope images realizes faster and easier optical analysis for research and industry or biomedical applications. The standard system software supports high speed image acquisition, dimension measurements, automated image analysis with setting of threshold levels and zoom functions at high speed via mouse click.
Example:
Object lens 20x magnification (200x system magn.) and probe slide area of 25 x 55 mm, 1 pixel = 0.35 µ m: Colour = 36 minutes; B & W = 8 minutes
